uh they got smacked, what about all this hype i've been reading about the last few months.goes to show you don't ever know :)man that reggie bush is such a great running back lol.did i mention they lost to the colts. Joseph Addai must be grinnin.he came in as a rookie just like reggie bush last year, ran for a thousand yards and won a superbowl and for a hell of lot less money bush got who by the way didn't even break a 1000 yards last year.funny how hype rarely lives up to it's potential.can't wait to hear all the excuses of one of the superbowl favorites for the nfc.did i tell you they lost to the colts :)

In the AFC it's gonna come down to Indy, New England, or San Diego. The NFC is really weak in comparison....wide open as usual

I pretty much figured them whipping the Saints to be a forgone conclusion. When was the last time the Colts with Manning at QB didn't start the season 7-0 or 8-0?
Besides, I haven't really paid much attention the Colts since Brent Jones was their QB. Now there's a real QB.

tigerbolt: I have to give you credit for your accurate insights. Congratulations on the victory --- this season quest for the Super "Bowl" appears to have the promise of a real dog fight.

Neverthemore, being born into a Bostonian family of Guiness-pounding firemen goin' back several generations --- the results of the game caused me to eat my Indianapolis Colt-lovin' neighbor's dog ("Peyton")... Half of the damn thing I just threw on the grill without even marinating it with any "Vick's Dry Rub" --- the other half I used to make my own version of a traditional Irish "Shepherd's Pie." (secret ingredient in addition to the Guinness? ...fresh, never frozen, breast-of-Falcon -- Massachusetts "State Bird.") When do the Colts play the Patriots this year? Maybe a few of us can get together and you can try my Shepherd's Pie(?) Just a thought....

On a lighter note: would you kindly send me your email address? I have something regarding Jerry that I know you would like to have (assuming you don't already have it). As usual, my email address is: [ Jerri1031-dp3ATyahoo.com ---naturally replace "AT" with the usual format]

I can never repay you for all the great Jerry music and pictures you have shared --- it means a lot to me that individuals such as you and Arbuthnot keep sharing so many gems for individuals that never got to see the Jerry Band in-person. Between your materials and Arbuthnot's, a lot more people can actually say they "attended a Jerry show." (doesn't matter if it was in-person or not 'cuz the two of you have brought the experience into people's living rooms/Life.) I hope to hear from you.

As a corn-fed, born, raised, and still residing Hoosier, I am pleased with the outcome.
